Gaurav Jindia is an experienced healthcare leader with a strong background in NHS operational management, service improvement and healthcare leadership. He has successfully led complex healthcare services, managed multidisciplinary teams and delivered quality improvement programmes that enhance patient care and operational performance.
At Loka Healthcare, Gaurav leads the organisation's strategic and operational development. He oversees business operations, clinical governance, compliance, quality assurance and business development, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
Gaurav works closely with insurers, solicitors, healthcare providers and rehabilitation professionals to build strong partnerships and deliver responsive, client-focused rehabilitation services. He is passionate about improving access to rehabilitation through innovative, cost-effective solutions, including fixed-cost rehabilitation packages for personal injury claims.

Ameya is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Expert Case Manager with over 20 years' experience supporting adults and children with complex rehabilitation needs following catastrophic injury and long-term neurological conditions.
He has extensive clinical experience across acute hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation, community services and private practice, with expertise in brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, complex orthopaedic injuries, persistent pain and neurological rehabilitation.
As a Case Manager, Ameya works closely with clients, families, solicitors, insurers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred rehabilitation, coordinate complex care packages and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Ameya has held senior leadership roles as a CQC Registered Manager and Head of Quality & Governance. He is also an Independent Prescriber, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice, clinical governance and helping clients maximise their independence and quality of life.

Supriya Jindia is an experienced Rehabilitation Case Manager and HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with over 20 years' clinical experience in rehabilitation, complex case management and occupational health.
She supports adults and children with catastrophic and life-changing injuries, delivering person-centred rehabilitation that promotes recovery, independence and quality of life. Supriya works closely with clients, families, solicitors, insurers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Before specialising in case management, Supriya held senior clinical roles within the NHS and Civil Service, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting clinical governance, quality improvement and service development.
